An order delivery is subjected to the payment being credited to the companies’ account. The order shall be processed once the payment is received and acknowledged.
- We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India only. Orders are generally dispatched within 6-8 working days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
- In case of any delays due to unseen circumstances like bad weather, political disruptions, pandemic, etc, the committed delivery timelines will vary.
- In case of delay in delivery, we will proactively reach out to the customer intimating him/her about the reason and update on delivery.

- Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package two times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster with timely updates on your mobile no. and email id provided.
- We will not be responsible for the loss of the package if the address provided is wrong or incomplete. In case of any dispute on shipping, we will provide proof of delivery to the customer.
